All about Hemophilia

You probably already know that blood is the red stuff that oozes out if you get cut. You may even know that blood carries oxygen from your lungs to the rest of your body. But did you know that your blood is made up of lots of tiny parts, each with a special job to do? These parts are so small you need a microscope to see them!

One of the parts of blood is made up of cells. Your body is made up of billions of cells! One special kind of blood cell is the red blood cell. It carries oxygen to your body from your lungs. Another kind is the white blood cell. They defend your body against infections and help keep you healthy.
