Your Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC)

A Hemophilia Treatment Center, or HTC for short, is a place where all the special doctors and nurses who take care of people with bleeding disorders work together. You and your family should visit the HTC closest to where you live once a year. At the HTC, you and your family can learn a lot about how to stay healthy and take care of you. You might even take a class with other kids and families just like you! Many of the people you meet at the HTC will become your friends, and you can look forward to visiting them!
